Earned Run Property Management is a family-owned company providing leasing and management services to our clients and their customers based on experience, knowledge in addition to practicing a fair ethical business. Originally Greenwood Property Management, the business grew gradually, initially providing full-service property management for our real estate investments as an owner-operator. Streamlining, advertising, software and technology became very important when attempting to run our own properties in the most efficient manner and with the greatest return on our investments.
Through running the operations for our own properties, we know what owners want and can manage their property the same way we manage ours. This experience combined with the longevity of the company has given Earned Run Property Management over 100 years of combined experience in addressing many of the situations and processes associated with residential leasing and management. The owners have also been accredited by the National Association of residential Property Managers (NARPM) and they continue to stay involved with local and national associations and organizations to remain on the cusp of education, technology, and new legislation affecting the industry. Earned Run Property Management and/ or its principals hold active membership in and/or are accredited/ certified/ licensed by:

About Our Family
Matthew J Schmidt » Owner, Broker, Realtor
Matt began working in the multi-family industry in 2000 as a property manager and is currently the managing partner for Greenwood Real Estate Ventures, Reditus Properties LLC, Leisure Ridge LLC, and Taft Ave Berkeley LLC Real Estate Investment Companies. Matt completed his undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois in 1999 and receiving his MBA from National Louis in 2005. Matt is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker, a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors, Main Street Organization of Realtors (MORe) and the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM). Matt is also a licensed general contractor and owner of Earned Run Construction, and Earned Run Real Estate Group.
Matt specializes in real estate as an investment, rehabbing distressed homes for rental or sale as well restoration and rehab of distressed apartment buildings.
Matt grew up in the near west suburb of Berkeley, Illinois. He and his wife moved to Lombard in 2001 and currently reside there with their 4 children and dog. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching his children play sports, coaching baseball and traveling.
Kelly Adreani » Property Manager
Kelly has a background in both commercial and association management. She holds an Associate Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication.
Jacki Hanlon » Leasing Agent
Jacki is a lifelong Chicago area resident. She grew up in Carol Stream before attending NIU. Jacki has a background in corporate communications.
