Our Company
Earned Run Property Management is a family-owned company that delivers professional leasing and management services built on experience, industry knowledge, and ethical business practices. We began as owner-operators, managing our “own” real estate investments. This hands-on experience taught us the importance of streamlined operations, effective advertising, and cutting-edge software and technology to maximize efficiency and investment returns.
Because we've managed our own properties, we understand what property owners truly need and expect. We apply the same level of care and attention to our clients' properties that we give to our own. This owner-operator perspective, combined with our company's longevity, has given Earned Run Property Management's team over 100 years of combined experience in residential leasing and property management.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond experience. Our owners are accredited by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and maintain active involvement in local and national associations to stay current with industry education, emerging technologies, and new legislation affecting property management.

Meet the Team
Matt began working in the multi-family industry in 2000 as a property manager and has owned and managed properties for over 25 years. For the past 15 years, he has provided property management services to clients, bringing extensive experience in value-add properties, entire apartment complex renovations, HUD properties, Section 8 and low-income housing, and property renovations for both lease and sale.
Matt owns and manages properties in Illinois, Michigan, and Florida, with experience ranging from single-family homes to several hundred multifamily units, condominiums, homeowners' associations, and short-term and vacation rentals.
Matt completed his undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University in 1999 and received his MBA from National Louis University in 2005. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker. He holds memberships in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors, Main Street Organization of Realtors (MORe), and the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM). Matt is also a licensed general contractor and owner of Earned Run Construction and Earned Run Real Estate Group.
Matt specializes in real estate investment, including the rehabilitation of distressed homes for rental or sale, as well as the restoration and rehabilitation of distressed apartment buildings.
A native of the near west suburb of Berkeley, Illinois, Matt and his wife moved to Lombard in 2001, where they currently reside with their four children and two dogs. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching his children play sports, coaching baseball, and traveling.
Jacki is a lifelong Chicago area resident who grew up in Carol Stream before attending Northern Illinois University. With a background in corporate communications, she brings strong interpersonal and professional skills to her role as a licensed leasing agent at Earned Run Property Management.
Jacki specializes in residential leases, with particular expertise in tenant financials and leasing processes. She excels at lease renewals, tenant onboarding, and retention strategies that keep both tenants and property owners satisfied. Her attention to detail and communication skills make her an invaluable resource for navigating the leasing process from start to finish.
Jacki has been a valued member of the Earned Run team since 2018, bringing dedication and expertise to every client interaction.
Joe has been an active member of the real estate industry since 2023, serving as a licensed real estate agent and property manager with a passion for helping clients find value and opportunity in every corner of the real estate market. He graduated from North Central College with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Finance, providing him with a strong foundation in business, investment strategy, and creative problem-solving.
As a former college baseball player, Joe brings the same discipline, teamwork, and focus to his real estate career that he demonstrated on the field. While continuing to build his expertise in property management, he is committed to delivering dependable service, clear communication, and a client-first approach.
Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, or property owners, Joe guides each client through the process with confidence, care, and professionalism. His combination of business education, athletic discipline, and genuine commitment to client success makes him a trusted partner in achieving real estate goals.
Teddy is a licensed real estate broker, leasing agent, and property manager with a passion for helping clients find value in the real estate market. She entered the industry in 2022 straight out of high school and has built three years of hands-on experience with a strong foundation in business and investment strategy, paired with creative problem-solving skills.
As a dedicated Muay Thai kickboxer, Teddy brings the same discipline, focus, and determination from the ring to her real estate career. Whether managing properties, securing leases, or guiding buyers and sellers through transactions, she is committed to providing exceptional service, clear communication, and a client-first approach that delivers results.

Audrey Castrejon is a licensed real estate broker with Earned Run who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing vacation rentals to handling marketing and social media, she makes sure the details don’t get overlooked and the team stays on track.
A Chicago native, Audrey blends creativity and practical thinking in her work. She’s known for being dependable, adaptable, and always ready to help wherever she’s needed. As a parent of 2, she’s mastered multitasking, patience, and thinking on her feet and she brings that same energy and adaptability to her work every day. Her positive attitude and dedication make her a valued part of the Earned Run team.
Outside the office, Audrey stays busy enjoying life with her two kids and two dogs. She loves spending time by the lake, cooking and baking with her daughter, and finding simple ways to make everyday moments special.
