HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY HOA DUES ARE CURRENT?
Log into your HOA Portal account where you can view your current balance, payment history, and any outstanding amounts in real-time. You can also call our office during business hours for immediate account status updates or request an email statement. -
WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS?
All governing documents including the Declaration, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and meeting minutes are available for download in your HOA Portal under the "Documents" section. You can also request physical copies by contacting our management office. -
WHAT LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE THERE IF I HAVE A TENANT?
As an owner with a rental property, you remain fully responsible for all HOA assessments, violations, and compliance with community rules. You must ensure your tenant receives and follows all community guidelines. You're also liable for any damage or violations caused by your tenant or their guests. -
WHAT TENANT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
You must provide the management company with your tenant's full contact information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle information, and lease term dates. This information should be submitted within 10 days of move-in and updated whenever changes occur. -
WHAT ARE THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&Rs)?
The CC&Rs are the governing rules that all homeowners must follow, covering architectural guidelines, property maintenance standards, noise restrictions, parking rules, and community behavior expectations. These documents are available in your HOA Portal and were provided at your property closing. -
CAN MY GUEST AND TENANTS USE THE COMMON FACILITIES?
Guests and tenants may use common area facilities when accompanied by the homeowner and following all posted rules and reservation requirements. Some amenities may require advance reservations or have specific usage hours. Check your community's specific guest policies in the Rules & Regulations. -

Submit an Architecture Review Request through your HOA Portal with detailed plans, materials specifications, and contractor information. Most requests are reviewed within 30 days. Common modifications requiring approval include exterior paint, landscaping changes, patio additions, and any structural alterations. -
WHEN AND WHERE ARE BOARD MEETINGS HELD?
Board meetings are typically held monthly at the community clubhouse or management office. Meeting dates, times, and locations are posted in the HOA Portal and communicated via email. All homeowners are welcome to attend and may address the board during designated comment periods. -
HOW DO I REPORT A VIOLATION OR COMPLIANCE ISSUE?
Report violations through the HOA Portal, by email, or by calling the management office. Include specific details, dates, and photos if applicable. All reports are investigated promptly and handled confidentially when possible.
